Our Sub Zero® cords are recommended for use in geographical areas where cold weather is the norm for most of the year. We insulate and jacket this cord with MILPRENE® rubber insulation and jacketing compounds to guarantee maximum flexibility in temperatures below freezing. In laboratory tests, under static conditions, this cord will not crack at -58°F. We use only 100% soft-drawn, annealed, bunch stranded copper conductors that ensures maximum flexibility under full load. Our heavy duty 15A-125V plugs and connectors are molded with large strain reliefs to prevent the ends from pulling away from the cord body. The lighted connector lets you know at a glance that there is power in the cord and outlet.
